When should I RSVP by and how?

Answer

Please make sure all of your RSVPs are submitted before July 31st, 2026. There will be a card provided in the invitation mailed to all guests that you will fill out and send back to the bride and groom. You can also RSVP on this website as well.

What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

Arrive at venue: 3pm Ceremony: 3:30pm-4pm Cocktail Hour (open bar and hors d'oeuvres): 4pm-5pm Reception (dinner, dessert, and dancing): 5pm-9:15pm Bride and Groom sendoff/Night ends: 9:30pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: knee length, floor length, or midi dresses; tailored suits, or blazers, collared shirts, and slacks Please refrain from wearing grey and purple as they are the wedding colors

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we are having a child free wedding. The only children that will be in attendance are the nieces and nephews of the bride and groom. Please find childcare and take the night off from parenting. Thank you so much for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, please make your own arrangements to get too and from the venue. Please drive safe!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside but will be held under a covered awning incase of inclement weather. Reception will be held indoors.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having a device free ceremony. We will have photographers taking pictures of everyone on our special day so please refrain from taking out your phone. During cocktail hour and the reception please take as many pictures on your phone that your heart desires. There will be a QR code provided at the venue that will allow all the guests to upload any pictures taken so we can see our day from every point of view.
