We met during our senior year of high school in the Sonic parking lot. Abbey was sitting in the backseat of a friend’s car when Nick walked over, gave her a compliment, and started a conversation that neither of us knew would turn into something much bigger. Not long after, we were Snapchatting, FaceTiming, and finding any excuse to spend time together. Nick started coming to Abbey’s volleyball games, and somewhere between painting pumpkins, food dates, and trips to Scarowinds, we became best friends. We both attended USC Aiken, and our lives quickly became intertwined. We survived COVID together, which meant spending just about every waking hour with each other. We went on countless dates, binge-watched more shows than we can remember, moved into our first apartment together during college, and learned a lot about each other along the way. Through graduations, new jobs, moves, and all of life's ups and downs, we've stuck by each other's side. What started as a friendship grew into a relationship built on laughter, trust, and always choosing each other. Looking back, some of our favorite memories aren't the big milestones...they're the ordinary moments that turned into some of our best memories. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
