When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by September 18th, 2025.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Event: Smart Casual Wedding: Formal. Floor length gowns are welcome but so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors on the second level of the Long Wharf. The cocktail hour will be held in the Waterfront Ballroom which flows outdoors to a back patio terrace. From there, the reception with dinner & dancing will be held indoors, one level down in the Grand Ballroom. There are elevators at all levels for accessibility. After party information to follow.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will officially begin at 4:00 PM. We kindly request that you plan to arrive and be seated at least ten minutes beforehand.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please note that with the exception of our special Ring-Bearer and Flower Girl, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event. This is to ensure everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening's festivities. We truly appreciate you making any necessary arrangements in advance so that you can join us in celebrating our special day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

We would love for you to join us for a welcome cocktail party the evening before our wedding at the Chart House located at 60 Long Wharf, Boston, MA 02110. Exact time tbd. Please also note that we will not be hosting a formal Sunday brunch after the wedding. However, the hotel has a restaurant on-site, and there are also several brunch options nearby that you are welcome to enjoy.

What's the deal with parking?

Answer

Guests attending the wedding (non-overnight guests) can park in the garage for FREE. The doormen will have validations ready upon your arrival. For overnight guest parking, there will be a fee per night *TBD* We are actively working on this.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be able to select your meal and note any allergies in the section provided.
