Duh, yes! Each tote and everything in it is yours to keep and use.
If you open the mason jar, you will find the battery pack attached to the lid, and a little black switch to the side of the white battery pack. Moving the switch over, into the on position, will turn the lights on. Then simply replace the mason jar lid and you are ready to rock!
The paper envelope of rose petals is for showering Olivia and Marshall with a little bit of extra love when they enter the park after the ceremony. The bubbles can be used towards the end to mark the end of our wonderful night, or throughout the whenever things feel extra special!
We tried to think of everything! The multicolored bracelets are mosquito repelling, in the hopes that no one walks away from this evening with bug bites! Garbage bags are for the disposal of your trash and recycling, as needed. Let’s leave no trace! The hand sanitizer and masks are backups for your use, to make sure we are as safe and responsible as possible on this fun night. Please use sanitizer whenever you leave your blanket area to interact with people outside your group, and wear masks whenever possible.
As you get settled and wait for the newlyweds to enter, we wanted to make sure you had a snack! Each picnic area gets their own mini-charcuterie with crackers, cheese, cured meats, etc. These were prepared in observance of CDC standards, meaning N-95 masks, gloves, and a sanitized space, and then sealed with shrink wrap. Please enjoy =)
We do have coolers of additional wine and water in one of the vehicles parked nearby. We ask that one person retrieves the bottle while wearing a mask and sanitizing their hands, to minimize the transfer of any potential virus! You can also BYOBeverages as we will have minimal additional alcohol due to the time frame and circumstance.
We are asking everyone to abide by social distancing, so you can dance at your blanket area with people in your group, with a few exceptions for people who are in eachothers’ inner circle. We have multiple speakers synched up to play Marshall and Olivia’s playlist, so we can all have fun together even though we’re dancing 6 feet apart!
Yes! We’ve got a literal six-foot-pole, that allows us to get as close as is safely possible with people outside your inner circle for funny but Covid- compliant pictures!
There is a “camping” bathroom in the South-East corner of the park. It is fully equipped, but we do ask that you sanitize your hands before and after using the bathroom.
We’ve provided everyone with picnic blankets, but you are welcome to bring camping chairs if that’s more comfortable!
