Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes - please see the "Travel" part of our website. The hotel block will close 1 month before the wedding so please reserve early!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In case of rain, we will move the ceremony indoors to the Grand Ballroom.

Is the cocktail and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail and reception will be held indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Double Tree is located conveniently next to the Sterling Ballroom so no transportation is required! If you choose to stay in a different location, you are responsible for your own transportation.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free self-parking available at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in Cocktail Attire. This includes suits (ties optional), knee-length dresses, or even dressy jumpsuits.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all the little ones in our lives, but due to space and planning, we’re only able to include the children listed on the invitation/RSVP. We hope you understand and can still join us for the celebration!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a registry at this time as we are currently saving for the house of our dreams and our honeymoon! Any contributions toward this would mean the world to us.
