What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m so you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 3:00 p.m.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. Cars left overnight must be picked up by 12 pm the following day.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but we have decided to keep our wedding adult only. Grab a babysitter and enjoy a night out!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please come dressed in Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire: a balance between elegant, comfortable, and formal.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Will there be transportation at the end of the night?

Answer

Yes! A bus will pick guests up at Bavaria and drop everyone off at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Chanhassen. If you're planning to catch an Uber, we recommend taking the bus into town firsts.
