The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the residence of Hailey’s grandparents, Bill and Cynthia Walter. Both will be outdoors, but the reception will have a covered tent.
A shuttle will be provided for guests traveling between the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Gun Barrel City and the venue, with service to the ceremony and return trips to the hotel at the end of the reception. The shuttle will leave for the ceremony at 4:45 p.m. Self-parking will also be available on-site. You may leave your car overnight if needed. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft operate in the area; however, we recommend scheduling rides at least a few hours in advance as wait times may be significantly long without a reservation.
We’d love to see family and friends dress up to celebrate this special occasion, so the dress code is black-tie optional garden party! Ladies, please wear a tea-length or long dress, and note that the event is on grass (block heels, wedges or flats recommended). Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or tux. Color encouraged. Please leave your jeans and hats at home!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m., so we recommend you arrive between 5 and 5:15 p.m.
This will be an adults-only affair. We appreciate you making child-care arrangements ahead of time, and we hope you use the joyful occasion as a well-deserved parents' night out!
If a plus one has been included for you, you’ll see their name listed when you access your online RSVP, as well as on the envelope of your formal invitation. Otherwise, due to limited space and our desire to keep the day intimate, we plan to have only very close family and friends.
Please RSVP online by February 23, 2026. If we don't receive a RSVP from you by this date, you will be marked as "not attending" and we will not have a seat or food for you. We’d appreciate it if you let us know either way as soon as possible so we can provide accurate head counts for vendors!
The couple requests an "unplugged" ceremony, kindly asking all guests to put away and silence phones and cameras. A professional photographer will capture the ceremony, and photos will be shared later. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception!
