FAQs

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the residence of Hailey’s grandparents, Bill and Cynthia Walter. Both will be outdoors, but the reception will have a covered tent.

Question

How do I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Self-parking will be available on-site. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area; however, we recommend scheduling your arrival/departure rides at least 24 hours in advance, as wait times may be significantly longer without a reservation. Please, have a designated driver or Rideshare scheduled if you will be under the influence!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see family and friends dress up to celebrate this special occasion, so the dress code is black-tie optional garden party! Ladies, please wear a tea-length or long dress. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or tux. Color encouraged. Please leave your jeans and hats at home!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m., so we recommend you arrive between 5 to 5:15 p.m.

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

This will be an adults-only affair. We appreciate you making child-care arrangements ahead of time, and we hope you use the joyful occasion as a well-deserved parents' night out!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes the name of your guest, then yes! Otherwise, we plan to keep the wedding as an intimate event with very close family and friends.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online by February 20, 2026. If we don't receive a RSVP from you by this date, you will be marked as "not attending" and we will not have a seat or food for you. We’d appreciate it if you let us know either way as soon as possible so we can provide accurate head counts for vendors!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

The couple requests an "unplugged" ceremony, kindly asking all guests to put away and silence phones and cameras. A professional photographer will capture the ceremony, and photos will be shared later. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception!
