Arabella Hotel Sedona

We would love if all of our guests can stay at the hotel so we can enjoy a weekend full of festivities all in one place. However, if the hotel is out of your price range, I'd advise to look around sooner rather than later as we do think this hotel will probably be one of the best rates for the value. It is also a 4 minute drive and 12 minute walk from the venue located in the heart of Sedona. Traffic can also get bad in Sedona as there is only one main road so the closer to the venue the better. To receive the discounted rate of $270/night, you can email caleb.smith@arabellahotelsedona.com and jamie.courtney@arabellahotelsedona.com or call and ask for Jamie or Caleb between 11am and 7pm EST and say you are with the Walter Hudson room block. You will not be able to book online. Choice of rooms include the Standard 2 Queens or Standard King. You can book this rate for any number of days between 10/09 and 10/13. If you'd like a more premium room with a balcony or a view, let the receptionist know and they can upgrade it for an additional $20-$30/night depending on the room. You will just need to put a card on file. You will not be charged until your stay. To book at this rate, you must book before August 1. Certain rooms may become unavailable the longer you wait.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

The closest commercial airport to Sedona is in Phoenix. For guests flying from Richmond, our best flight recommendation is the only nonstop flight to Phoenix with Breeze Airways. That flight departs Friday, Oct. 10 at 9:33AM and arrives at 12:04PM. On Mon., Oct. 13, it departs at 12:49PM and arrives at 8:05PM.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Phoenix Sky Harbor to the Arabella

Time of Departure Estimated at 1PM We will be looking into providing a round-trip shuttle from the airport to the Arabella hotel if there is enough interest. The shuttle would in theory depart on Friday, Oct. 10 and Monday, Oct. 13. We will be booking the shuttle based on the Richmond Breeze airlines flight arrival and departure time. If you are coming from another city or airline, you can also take the shuttle as long as your flight arrives before its departure.
