Is the Venue Air Conditioned?

Yes it is, if you worry you may be cold please bring a jacket or sweater.

Will There Be Parking at the Venue?

Answer

We have rented space in the parking garage directly behind the venue if you would like to drive and park, or you could plan to take an Uber. The choice is yours as long as you have a safe way to get to and from our wedding. There will not be a valet service.

Can I Bring My Kid?

Answer

We are sure that your child is a wonderful and amazing person, but before planning to bring your child if they are under the age of 8, please reach out to Alex or Molly to talk through whether that is the best option for your experience as a guest and for our experience on our big day. There will be lots of music, different/bright lighting, a grand/formal setting, new people, and different things going on throughout the night. This can all be overwhelming to certain children and we want to ensure that we as a couple and our other guests have the most seamless day possible, thank you for understanding!

What Does Black Tie Entail?

When we say "black tie" we mean to say please dress in a way that makes you feel your best at a special and formal occasion. Are There Elevators to Get to the Cocktail Hour Upstairs?

Yes, if you do not feel comfortable with stairs, please use the elevators to get from the first to the second floor for cocktail hour.

Will There Be a Welcome Party the Night Before?

Yes! If you can, please plan to come into town on Friday, June 28 so you can attend the welcome party on Friday night! There is more information about the welcome party under the schedule tab, and on the back of your official invitation.

When and Where Should I Book My Stay?

Answer

We have recommended two hotels close to the venue under the travel tab. You are also welcome to look on Airbnb or Vrbo for accommodations if you prefer rental homes to hotels. We recommend booking as far in advance as you can.
