We're Getting Married!

We met at a "MeetUp" Social Networking happy hour in Costa Mesa, CA. Chelsey was encouraged to attend by one of her friends and roommate at the time, whom without, would never have gone out that night. Michael took his chance at the end of the evening to get Chelsey's number and the rest is history!

Getting engaged mid-pandemic, Chelsey knew something was up when Michael made plans for them to get out on a Friday night. Given that we'd been confined to our home since March, it was big to get out of the house! Michael had everything planned for a sunset picnic overlooking the ocean in Dana Point, CA. With a walk down toward the water at sunset, Michael got down on one knee and popped the question. We enjoyed the rest of the sunset and let it sink in that we were Engaged!
