Are there any room blocks?
Answer
Nope! There are plenty of hotel options of varying price ranges in downtown Asheville and LOTS of affordable (and cute) Air BnBs/VRBOs in the area. The hotels on the Biltmore Estate offer a discount for wedding guests if that is in your budget. Call or reach out if you have any questions or need help making a decision!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Absolutely! While we want you to be able to cut loose and have an enjoyable trip with us, if your kids being there with you makes that time more special then by all means! Bring them, they will be welcome at the wedding!

How do I RSVP? Can I RSVP for my whole party?
Answer
Easy. When you click on the RSVP tab and type in your name, it should bring up the other members of your party. Then you should be able to select who will and won't be able to attend each event going on throughout the week. If you come across any problems, please call us!

When should I arrive in Asheville? How long should I plan to be there?
Answer
If you are willing to make the journey we want you to spend as much time here as you can. We will be adding a tab with some fun things to do while you're in town shortly. And, remember, it's Memorial Day weekend, so don't feel like you need to rush back home on Sunday!

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Black tie optional! If you've been looking for an excuse to wear that tux that's been collecting dust, this will be the party to whip that out. Long dresses will also be perfectly appropriate.

How will I get to the venue?
Answer
Feel free to drive yourself, please just plan ahead if you plan to drink. If you'd like to get a ride we recommend you go to www.avltaxi.com and book ahead of time. Please keep in mind, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the venue once you enter the Estate's main gate from Biltmore Village.

The ceremony starts at 6pm, when should I get there?
Answer
If you want to enjoy a glass of champagne, come closer to 5pm. We'd like everyone in their seats before 5:45pm.
