A few years ago, I came across Dan's profile on Match. He sounded like a good guy, so I took a chance and sent him a message. Within a week, we had our first date. Within a month we had fallen in love! And the rest, as they say, is history. ❤

The night before he proposed, Dan took me to the restaurant where we first met. This was an attempt to fake me out and throw me off his trail. The next morning he informed me that we were going to the Bruins game. He also said we should go early so we could walk around Boston and go to the Public Garden. And then I knew.. We walked through the park in the freezing cold before stopping to sit on our usual bench by the bridge. This was when he told me that since this was a special place for me, he wanted it to be a special place for us too, and he asked me to marry him! I told him after that this was the place I had always dreamed of for a proposal, even before I had anyone in my life! A dream come true... 😊
