Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. However, the ceremony and reception will be outdoors so please dress accordingly. There will be shawls / blankets available in the evening if it gets chilly. The ceremony will be held in the park on grass and there is a gravel path to walk up to the reception. Be careful with high heels.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles running from the hotels in downtown Ithaca before the ceremony and after the reception. For everyone’s safety, we highly recommend all guests take the shuttle as the road to the venue is windy and there will be limited / no taxis or Ubers at night.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We look forward to celebrating with all our friends and family, and politely request no children unless specified on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is very limited parking at the venue and we highly recommend guests take our shuttles from downtown Ithaca.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel blocks at the Ithaca Marriott Downtown and Hotel Ithaca all located in downtown nearby many restaurants, bars and walking distance to the Welcome Party on Friday Evening. Please see the TRAVEL section for more details and how to book a room.
