Airport transportation is an additional fee while booking through our website under "bookings", but we’ll share our recommended shuttle options from Cancún International Airport (CUN) to Hyatt Ziva Cancún (approx. 25 minutes).
Cancun International Airport (CUN) Carr. a Aeropuerto Cancún, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico
Once you get off the flight, you will head to customs/immigration. Afterwards, you will claim your luggage (if checked bags) and leave the airport. When you are exiting the airport there are many people dressed as if they work at the airport which will try to sell you things or a ride. Do not engage, just keep on walking! Once outside the airport you will proceed to find your transportation van. There are many transportation vans all parked in one area, find the van with the company name you have been provided. Please do not use services you have not previously arranged yourself.
Yes! There are tons of restaurants with all sorts of cuisines to dine at. Room service is also available 24/7. An all inclusive also means everyone's drinks are included. You won’t need to pay out of pockets for anything except tips, spa services, or any excursions outside of the resort.
No, please only book through the link provided on the travel page to be included in our guest count. Also, booking at a different resort would require you to purchase an additional day pass per person for US$198 to enter for the wedding, so please only book on our link for Hyatt Ziva.
There is a dress code for certain restaurants at the resort. Some more upscale restaurants may require that men wear long pants and close-toed shoes. Other than that, standard dress code applies. Please see the hotel website for details.
We are staying at an all-inclusive so cash is not generally needed aside from tipping. However, we recommend bringing extra cash for off-site expenses, spa services, tours, and transfers, if you plan to do any of those things. The resort will provide US Dollar to Mexican Peso exchange services, subject to availability. Cash payments are accepted in CAN/US Dollars, and Mexican Pesos. Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express, only.
Please RSVP no later than April 30, 2026.
