When Should I Arrive?

The promo code is valid to use from Sep 19th to Sep 26th. Most guests stay 3-4 nights. We will be hosting a welcome party September 22nd, 2024. Reminder that the ceremony is on MONDAY, Sep 23. Brendan & Emily will be arriving Thursday, September 19th, 2024.

Please make sure your credit card on file will NOT expire before August 2024. If so, please call the hotel and change the card on file. If it expires when the resort charges the card 30 days out, your reservation will be cancelled without notice. The promo code will also be expired at that time and cannot be used again. Please take this time to check the credit card you booked with!

How Do I Book My Room?

Special wedding group rates are available with promo code: EBWSEP24FPM The promo code is valid for stays between 9/19/24 - 9/26/24. ALL bookings must be made on the direct Finest Playa Mujeres Website WITH promo code ONLY. For any additional assistance needed booking you may contact travel agent Liz Moore at liz@lizmooreweddings.com. Please book as soon as possible as resort can sell out quickly. Transportation to/from the hotel is included with all bookings of 3 or more nights. There is no deposit with your booking. The full booking cost will be charged 30 day prior to arrival, BUT you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival date with NO charge if for any reason you are no longer able to attend.

What Room Options Do I Have?

There are 3 levels of room options and within each level there are multiple categories of rooms to choose from. - The first option is the Finest Suites. This is your base level/family friendly suites. - Second option is Finest Club. This section is family friendly with elevated luxury. - Third option: The Excellence Club. This is an ADULT only tower with elevated luxury.

What Is Included With My Stay?

Just about everything! All inclusive means all meals, snacks, beverages (regular and alcoholic) are unlimited throughout your stay! The resort has 15 bars, 12 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar and 24-hour room service included too. Please bring cash to tip at the restaurants and bars as it is greatly appreciated. Finest Playa Mujeres also provides day activities and entertainment like kayaking, paddle boarding, live shows, and access to fitness center. The resort even has 12 pools!

What Should I Pack?

Most importantly….your passport! Must not expire within 6 months of travel. - Sunscreen and bug spray - Cash: Although everything is included, we suggest bringing ones and fives to be sure the servers and staff are taken care of. USD are accepted. -Tumbler Cup: This was convenient to have at the pool. The bartenders will fill your cup and it stays cold. They are a straw free facility, so if you prefer them..bring your own!

What To Wear? (both wedding and around resort)

WEDDING: Semi-formal, "beach chic". Ceremony will be on the beach, reception will be on a large, open air wooden deck surface. DAY to DAY around resort: Swim suits/beach attire around the resort while you’re there…you’re in Mexico after all! Bring multiple swim suits, cover ups, daytime outfits, night time outfits, sun hats! DINNER DRESS CODE at restaurants: For MEN at restaurants: long pants and collared shirts are required for most restaurants. (t-shirts, tank tops, or shorts are not permitted for men in most restaurants). The resort's site and app does have fact sheets for additional restaurant attire by restaurant. For LADIES: A bit more lenient. Please check the website/app for specific restaurant attire.

This will be our fourth trip to an inclusive! We love them, so if you have any questions or reservations please feel free to reach out :) We also will be doing a pre wedding visit in a few months to check everything out! In the meantime, one helpful tip is downloading the resorts personal app -> The Excellence Collection. Once downloaded just click on the “Finest” option and then “Playa Mujeres” Here you can get personal hotel information, a map of the resort, a schedule of their daily activities and events, menus (and dress codes) for all of their restaurants and bars, spa information and more! This app is extremely helpful, and it can be more personalized with your room number after check in to order room service and more! We strongly encourage you to download the app!
