April and I met in college. You know what they say, "college is where you meet your bridesmaids, not your husbands". Well this was true for us. We met through our Ex boyfriends at a frat house, YIKES. After college we left the boys in Nacogdoches and remained best friends through the years. We are proof that miles between a friendship means absolutely nothing when your friendship is as strong as ours.

April and I first hung out spring break 2010, besides me knowing of April from school and being Facebook friends, this was our first time hanging out. Little did I know, April, Lori, and Chris would become so much more than just a friend and her parents. They so generously took me under their wing & became my family when I was in a time of need. For 4 yrs I got to experience a loving household and family. We became sidekicks, always together. From funny youtube videos, collegiate, cheer, and church (don't forget the Sunday morning waffles). I somehow got her in the kitchen cooking with me. (Im sure Michael is thankful for that). We had so much fun together being goofy. As hard as those times were for me, things happen for a reason. I now forever have great memories and a sister for life.

April and I's relationship started years ago at SFA. We connected over our lives at the time, She was driven and wanted to become an accountant, I wanted to be a housewife. In 2015 we went on Spring Break together, and enjoyed a luxurious hotel completely funded by someone who chose to leave early. LOL Throughout all of this time, she has always been one of the funniest, sweetest, and kindest people I have ever known. After I left SFA, she remained a true friend to me. And our bond allows us to always pick up right where we left off. Through thick and thin, she will always be one of my best friends. She is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met, both inside and out, and I cannot wait to grow old with her.

April and I met in ballet class, which now seems like a lifetime ago! April was always the sassiest dancer, and I loved her for it. She is such a talented choreographer and I specifically remember her throwing the worm into her solo performance. haha We have so many great memories from backstage and going to Fuddrucker's in between shows. April is a lifelong friend who has always been there for me and my family when we needed it the most, and I am so grateful God put her in my life. God has made it even better now by adding Michael and Ellie into our extended family. We have so many more Rodeos together in our future. Some of my favorite memories with April are us dancing together at weddings and celebrations and I can't wait to dance together again at April and Michaels Wedding.
