There is no Wi-Fi at Camp Sierra and the service is weak to non existent in many areas. This will truly be a getaway weekend.

The camp is at 4500 feet elevation, so the temperature is variable from cool to cold at night from warm to hot during the daytime. The weather is variable throughout the day.

Please wear "California Formal” to the wedding. Men should wear a sport coat and snappy tie, or a suit. Women should wear a pretty summery dress as if you were going to an outdoor lunch at a fancy restaurant, either long or short. Be prepared to put a wrap or sweater (or maybe a coat) on during or after dinner. Sunset at 8ish, so it will probably cool down after that. Ladies wedge heels would be better for the rough terrain than stiletto heels. During other weekend activities and hikes, please wear whatever you are comfortable in, including your favorite jeans and a tee shirt. Don’t forget your hat, hiking boots, flip flops, sunglasses and sunscreen.
