Packing List: CLOTHING FOR THE WEEKEND: Clothing & Shoes for lawn games, outdoor activities, hiking, lake fun and bon fire. PJ's, slippers, swimsuit, raincoat, sweatshirt(s), sleeping bag, or extra blankets!! (Bed linens provided, but the ADK's could get cold at night), Camping Chair/Beach chair. *If you like more than 1 pillow please bring extra!* FOR WEDDING: Formal attire Shoes comfortable enough to hike a short distance. PERSONAL ITEMS: Phone & Charger Water Bottle/Travel Mug Flashlight! Earplugs Cooler Beverages (Extra water/juice-for kiddos/soda if you want extra in your cabin) TOILETRIES: All necessary toiletries Shower sandals Shower Towels Face Cloths Beach Towels Bug Spray Sunscreen *If you have additional questions at all, feel free to call or text Nicole (401-569-7424) or Ben (860-689-5130)

What is included in the price?

Answer

All prices include lodging, food (5 meals & snacks) and alcohol while dining (beer,wine,seltzer) for the duration of your stay.

Can we bring a tent and sleep outside?

Answer

Yes! There will be a location for tents! You will still have access to bathrooms & showers!

Are kids free?

Answer

Children under 3 years old are free. Please refer to lodging & payment for children +3

What is provided in the cabins?

Answer

The camp provides a set of linens that consists of a top and bottom sheet, 2 blankets, a pillowcase and pillow. You’re more than welcome to bring your own linens/pillows/blankets/sleeping bags. Please bring your own towels for showers and beach towels for the Lake.

What if I have allergies?

Answer

Food allergies will be taken care of accordingly. Gluten-free options will be available upon request. Please put that in notes when RSVP. Everything will be tree-nut free.

When is the deadline for RSVPs

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 1st, so we have an accurate headcount for the weekend. If you do NOT RSVP by July 1st please know we are assuming you’re not attending and may not have a space for lodging or food to accommodate you for the weekend.

Can I get a private room?

Answer

Short answer No. Private rooms are available off site from the camp. Feel free to make those accommodations at your own leisure. To see a list of places you can use the accommodations tab above!

Staying off site for the weekend but want to join in on the fun activities and meals?

Answer

Sleeping at camp not your thing? No stress! If you plan to make your own accommodations for lodging you’re able to purchase the food & activities package for the weekend for $100 per person.

What kind of alcohol will be served?

Answer

We will have an assortment of Beer, Seltzers, and Wine available throughout the weekend. If you have a specific preference of alcohol, including hard liquor please free to bring your own beverage of choice and a cooler! In NY you can buy beer, wine & seltzers at grocery stores & gas stations

Can I pack snacks and drinks to keep in our cabin?

Answer

Yes, keep the drinks in a cooler and snacks should be kept in sealed containers to keep critters away! The camp recommends small totes.

What is the attire of a camp wedding?

Answer

The whole weekend will be a pretty casual vibe, however, the wedding ceremony and reception will be formal attire. *We kindly ask NO jeans!*

Can we ditch the kids for a few?

Answer

Babysitting is available on site by certified camp counselors! It is a small fee per hour & available throughout the weekend. The camp counselors have a cabin with activities planned for all ages. There is an arts & crafts cabin as well. We have reserved a few already! If this interests you please contact Ben or Nicole with any questions.
