Parking on the mountain costs money as it requires a state park day pass. The Bride and Groom are paying the parking fee for 100 vehicles. Therefore we suggest that families carpool, fitting as many people in a vehicle as possible. Other vehicles can be parked at the reception location, which is located at the Granite Peak Ski Area. The hotel shuttle is unable to take quests up the mountain, therefore the drop off and pick up location will also be at the Granite Peak location. Guests may have to pay $9 for parking if not within the 100 car limit.

Parking is available free of charge at the Granite Peak Ski Area where the Sundance Chalet is located. If enough hotel rooms are blocked, there will be a complimentary shuttle available to transport guests to and from this location. There will be a time schedule posted day of for guests in which the shuttle drops off and picks up. The venue is cashless, card only. There is a cash to card machine available if needed. Please RSVP and choose meal options.
