When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 12th to allow enough time for us to inform our vendors of our guest count. Please fill out RSVP page, even if you cannot attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love your little ones and they’re welcome to celebrate with us. That said, please keep in mind that our venue has spent a significant amount of time beautifying the grounds and there are several areas of flower gardens. If you don’t think you’ll be able to keep an eye on your kiddos throughout the night, we’d recommend making it a date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow for parking and to find your seat!

Is there a dress code?

We would love for you to dress up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Both Google Maps and Apple Maps will direct you to the venue if you search “Sand Springs Venue.” The address is 2256 Deer Rd, Abilene, KS 67410. The venue is located in the countryside down a maintained dirt/sand road. Please note that there are families and businesses along this road, so we kindly ask that you drive slowly and respectfully. The entrance will be clearly marked with signage to guide you once you arrive.
