A shuttle will be provided for guest transportation from the hotel to and from the venue. Pick-up will be at 3:15 PM sharp, ensuring everyone arrives at the venue by 3:45 PM. We kindly ask guests to be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby a few minutes early to help keep everything on schedule. We will also be having our after party at the Wellsworth Hotel starting at 10:30 PM in the Shades Lounge.
