Mala Compra Trailhead
There are many beautiful beach access points in The Hammock. We love to walk this 1.5 mile walking trail to Mala Compra beach to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Sunset time on Friday, November 18, 2022 is 5:28 p.m. and sunrise time on Saturday, November 19, 2022 is 6:52 a.m.
Ragga Surf Cafe
Ragga Surf Cafe is a food truck in a big blue bus, located just south of Marineland. They offer breakfast and lunch, and beautiful beach views. Check their Instagram @raggasurfcafe for hours and specials. There's also a charming little ice cream shop in a vintage camper, and a mini souvenir shop in a VW Bus, in the same lot as Ragga.
Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa
Hammock Beach Resort and Spa offers golf, putt-putt golf, spa services, four restaurants on site, as well as a number of kid-friendly and adult-friendly pools, including an indoor pool. Some amenities are only for resort guests. The Atlantic Grill restaurant is open to the public.
Washington Oaks Gardens State Park
Washington Oaks is about a five-minute drive from Hammock Beach Resort. This park offers shaded nature trails, a variety of beautiful gardens to explore, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
