We’re embracing a warm, earthy aesthetic with colors like burnt orange, brown, and green. Feel free to wear semi-formal attire that complements these tones or reflects your personal style.

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be no shuttle service provided. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from Mayowood Barn. Parking is available at the venue, and vehicles may remain parked until 10:00 AM the following day (October 19, 2025). Any cars left after this time will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area South for our guests. Please visit our "Travel" tab for booking details and discounted rates. We recommend booking by October 4, 2025 (two weeks before the wedding) to secure a room. The hotel offers spacious suites with full kitchens, free breakfast, and free Wi-Fi.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We’re excited to offer a delicious menu featuring New York Strip, Wild Rice and Gouda Chicken Roulade, Roasted Root Vegetable Roulade for vegetarian guests, and Chicken Strips with Mac & Cheese for kids. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or meal preferences when you RSVP.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, we’ll have a cash bar with a selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.

We’ve set up a registry on our wedding website with a few gift options. You can find it under the “Registry” tab.

We would prefer cash gifts to help us start our new life together, and we’ve set up a cash fund on our wedding website for your convenience.

What’s the schedule for the day?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM in the loft, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. A detailed timeline will be available on our website closer to the date.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony to keep the moment distraction-free. Our professional photographer will capture everything, and we’ll share photos with you afterward.
