When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2026 to allow us ample time to continue our planning process. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will have to assume you won't be attending.

What is the dress code?
Answer
For the ceremony & reception, the wedding dress code is semi-formal attire. Please wear a suit of any color, a nice cocktail dress, or a pantsuit

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Though we love to gamble, we did not feel confident betting on Florida weather. Both the ceremony and the reception will take place indoors. The cocktail hour portion will have an outdoor area with an indoor option :)

How should I get to the Grand Floridian on the day of the wedding?
Answer
There are multiple options for transportation to/from the wedding venue. The hotel & wedding venue are both easily accessible using rideshare services (Uber, Lyft). Disney's monorail is another great option for transportation. If you choose to rent a car for your stay, there is complimentary parking at the Wedding Pavilion for our guests.

How many people can I bring in my party?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, with also there being a strict venue capacity, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. Your invitation will specify names (or names and plus ones if a plus one has been allotted). If your invitation states "____ family", this includes parents & children. Additionally, when you go to RSVP, you will be prompted to type in your first or last name, then it will give you the option to RSVP for all members of your allotted party. If you have any questions and/or just want to be sure about the number of guests in your party, please feel free to reach out to us!

Will I have to buy tickets to a Disney park to attend the wedding?
Answer
No, definitely not! Please do not feel obligated to visit the parks. BUT if you do decide to visit the parks anytime during your stay, our guests get discounted park tickets, both park hopper and single park. Where should I stay?
Answer
For this event, we have setup a room block with Disney resorts to provide a discounted rate for our guests during this weekend. Please do not feel pressured to use the room block if you rather stay off the property. If you do decide to use the room block and want to stay a couple of days before or after the wedding, you will also be provided the room block discounted rate for those days as well. The room block rates apply to any rooms booked five days before the wedding day, and five days after. If you would like to book a room in our room block, please view the "Travel/Accommodations" tab to find our room block website and contact info for booking :)
