If it's easiest, you can text us your RSVP or RSVP through our website. RSVP will be required by September 1st.
We politely ask that no kids under the age of 14 do not attend the ceremony or the reception.
Our wedding is invite only, your invitation will clarify who is invited and/or if you get a plus one.
We would like to keep our wedding intimate, surrounded by those we have close relations with. If one of you listed on the invite cannot make the wedding, they cannot be replaced unless either Cameron and Nicole approve who it is you'd be bringing instead.
While we won’t be serving alcohol, we will have water bottles available. Feel free to bring your own six pack or equivalent, as there are two fridges at the venue and can hold drinks to remain cool. If possible please refrain from glass bottles, as they are restricted outside of the venue.
We have BBQ styled food being catered for the wedding. Meal options are Beef Brisket or Grilled Chicken. We have two side options of "Firecrack" Mac and Cheese and Smoked Baked Beans, and an option for Ceasar Salad. We plan to have everyone let us know what main course they'd prefer so we can let our caterer know how much well need. Please let either us know if you have any diet restrictions so we can try to accommodate for them.
There is ample parking. Please drink responsibly if you choose to drive yourself to and from the event.
Dress code is semi formal, you are welcome to wear jeans with nice shirts, sandals, boots, dresses/skirts. Please no shorts, flipflops and please don't wear white or colors close to it. Dress for the weather, north Idaho can be unpredictable, and our ceremony will be outside. Our reception will be in a temperature controlled building.
The ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive around 3:00 p.m. but no later than 3:20 p.m. as we will be getting everyone seated and started. If you do not arrive by 3:20 p.m. we politely ask you wait until the ceremony is over to join, so there is no interruptions or distractions during the ceremony.
We would like everyone to be in the moment during the ceremony. There will be a professional photographer on site that will be taking photos during the ceremony. If phones are out in shots, the photographer won’t be editing them out. To ensure the photos are to our standards, we ask our guests to keep phones away during the ceremony. The professional photos will be shared after the wedding for those who wants them.
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be off taking photos with our photographer, please feel free to chat with other guests until we start dinner around 5.
You are more than welcome to reach out to either Cameron or Nicole for any questions or concerns!
