Yes, we are still planning on having our wedding on October 10th, 2020. Your healthy and safety are extremely important to us so we will be taking precautions in order to protect everyone. We understand that by continuing with our scheduled wedding date, some of you may be uncomfortable with or may be unable to travel. While we would love for everyone to be able to attend, we understand and support whatever decision is right for you. We ask that you make your final decision and update your online RSVP by no later than September 19th so that we are able to give accurate meal counts to the hotel.
-Every other pew will be closed off. The church is very big so please spread out and sit only with people you have arrived with. -We will be requiring that all guests wear masks during the ceremony.
-We will be performing temperature checks at the entrance to the cocktail hour. If an initial temperature is 100 or above, we will allow a 15 minute cool-down period before a second reading. We apologize in advance if this means someone is unable to attend, but this is one of the best ways we can ensure everyone's health and safety - Hotel Alba is requiring that all guests wear masks except for when they are eating - We will have additional tables so that less people are at each table and the tables will be spread out - We will have a larger dance floor so that guests can spread out - There will be hand sanitizing stations near high-touch points - The food will be a plated meal and the hor d'oeuvres will not be passed and instead will be served by a masked waiter behind a barrier - As disappointing as it may be, we ask that you refrain from hugging or physically greeting other guests aside from those you traveled with
