Are masks going to be required at the wedding?

Answer

No. We respect the use of them so if it makes you more comfortable, please do. However, our ceremony will be outside and the reception is in a large barn (with vaulted ceilings) that is double the capacity of guests invited. The barn also has a large garage door, and French doors that may be left open depending on the weather. We also plan to have central AC running. Guests will not be assigned seats so you may sit with your immediate family if you wish. We understand if you do not feel comfortable attending, but we think that our original plan is is safe enough for you and us to move forward.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do! But we have decided to only invite the kids that are a part of our families. We hope that for our friends' kiddos, our wedding can be your night off!

What are the parking options?

Answer

There is a decent size area to park your cars at the venue. However, it is not huge. We advise you to carpool if you can to help with space and the ease of getting there!

What is the dress code?

Answer

It will be September so the temperature in Virginia could be 75 or 95. Our ceremony will be outside in the grass (ladies keep this in mind when choosing shoes) and the reception will be inside with heating and air options. We want you to be comfortable!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
