While we love your little ones, we want you to be able to relax and enjoy the evening. No children are permitted with the exception of those in the wedding party.
While we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list in place to meet budget and venue capacity restrictions. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes! We ask that all guests wear black semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing white or off-white. Avoid dresses with excessive slits or cleavage and no more than 3 inches above the knee. No t-shirts, jeans, nor sneakers are permitted.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:00PM as the doors will close 15 minutes prior to the event. No late admissions will be permitted.
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Crosswinds Golf Club at 232 James B Blackburn Dr, Savannah, GA 31408. Keep in mind this is an outdoor ceremony. While a dress code is in place, consider wearing sensible shoes for a comfortable walking experience.
Please RSVP no later than April 20th. We are on a strict deadline and unfortunately will not be able to accommodate anyone once the RSVP window has closed.
After the RSVP deadline, we must provide final guest counts to our venue and caterer, so we’re unable to accept late responses. Thank you for understanding!
To preserve the intimacy and atmosphere of our ceremony, we request an unplugged ceremony—no photos or videos, please. Our professional photographer will document every special moment. After the ceremony, we invite you to take and share as many photos as you’d like throughout the celebration. Don't forget to use the hashtag #WalkingIntoWilliams!
While monetary gifts are preferred, if you would like to gift otherwise, our registry can be found on the "registry" tab of the website.
We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.
