9/11 Memorial

Metro North trains run from Grand Central to Rye. Plan on 45 minutes each way for the Metro North, tickets are 10 dollars. From Grand Central, the memorial will be another 25 minutes on the N,Q, 4, or 6 train, or a 15-30 minute cab ride. Metro North and MTA (city trains) tickets are not interchangeable.

Central Park

From Grand Central, the park is a 20 minute walk, or a 10-20 minute cab ride. You can also train (MTA) up to the park on the N,R, 4, or 6 train. Metro North and MTA (city trains) tickets are not interchangeable.
