FAQs

The Wedding Website of Emma Neishloss and Austin Walker
We truly can't wait to celebrate with y'all. Below is some information to help make your wedding weekend the most fun!
Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Atlanta is a BIG city with a lot of people in it, which means there are a ton of places to stay (both hotels & AirBnBs). But that can also make traffic unpredictable and tough to navigate. The wedding venue is on the southwest side of Atlanta. We highly recommend looking in neighborhoods on the west side of the city (like Historic Westend, Downtown, Atlantic Station, West Midtown) or neighborhoods on the south side (like Cabbagetown, Summerhill, Grant Park). You can find more information about hotels on the travel page.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

In Atlanta? We hope you'll get into town on Friday so that you can join us that evening for the welcome party at Halfway Crooks Beer! For the wedding itself? The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The doors for the venue will open at 4pm. Give yourself some wiggle room so you're not the person trying to beat the bride down the aisle -- that's not a good look for anyone.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The event is somewhere between garden party and semi-formal, but anything you want to wear we're sure will be ok. The bride requests you refrain from wearing a wedding dress, but if that's really all you have to wear, she prefers that to you going naked. Everything will be indoors, but if the weather is nice, you'll be able to spend sometime outside as well!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue. You shouldn't have any problem finding a place to park. And Lyft & Uber are readily available in the area, so if you're planning on having some drinks, please plan to use ride share.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

The quickest way to find out is to check the RSVP page. The total number of invited guests in your party is listed there! And if you have a question or something seems off, ask us! Also, remember that we have a limited number of seats at our venue. So please, only come with invited guests.

Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we know your kids are awesome, our wedding is an adults only event. Thank you for understanding.
