COVID-19 - Uncertain Times

The health and safety of our guests is of utmost priority. We have been closely following local guidelines and will be holding our event with safety restrictions at a lower capacity than originally planned. We will be providing masks for guests, which must be worn when not eating or drinking. We completely understand that if regardless of guidelines you are not comfortable traveling or gathering. Therefore, we have created a way for guests to participate virtually. Please provide your email after declining the RSVP to participate in our live stream.

Hotel Indigo Traverse City

Hotel Indigo is located in downtown Traverse City. It also has a beautiful view of Grand Traverse Bay. We have set up a room block with Hotel Indigo. The nightly rate for a room is $289/night, with a 2 night minimum (King or 2 Queen available.) You must book at least 45 days in advance to secure a rate with the room block. We recommend booking as soon as possible as space is limited in our room block. Please use link above, and ensure SWW is entered in code section. * the room block can only open 10 rooms at a time, if it happens to be booked we will be opening more rooms, so check back or reach out to Emily to let her know.

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

September 26, 2020 2:15 pm - 10:00 pm

We are providing an optional shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will be outside of Hotel Indigo at 2 PM and depart at 2:30 PM for the venue. There is plenty of parking onsite at Black Star Farms, so you are more than welcome to drive as well.

West Bay Beach, a Delamar Resort

The Delamar is a newly renovated hotel located right on Grand Traverse Bay. It is a 3 minute drive down the road from Hotel Indigo/Downtown Traverse City. The Delamar has an outside bar, and features live bands on weekend nights. We have not set up a room block, but the hotel is large and rates are usually affordable.

Cherry Capital Airport

Traverse City is about 5 hours and 15 minutes from Downtown Chicago by car. If you choose to fly, or are coming from a different city, there are direct flights from numerous Midwest cities (including Chicago O'Hare) as well as connecting flights from other US cities.

There are several beautiful rental properties in the area. If you will not have a vehicle we recommend staying near the downtown area.
