What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal! Please refrain from wearing jeans and the following colors: any shade of white, burnt orange, brown, and dusty blue.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00 pm, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start time. We feel like this is plenty of time to park, shuttle/walk to the ceremony site, and get situated in your seats. We would love for everyone to be able to witness this special moment so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an outdoor event, weather permitting. If the weather is not ideal, the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. As much as we would love for everyone to join us, we ask that only those listed on the invite to attend.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate this special day surrounded by the people we love most. While we absolutely welcome photos and videos, we kindly ask that you remain seated during the ceremony and avoid stepping into the aisle so our photographer and videographer can capture every moment. Most of all, laugh, cry, smile, and celebrate right along with us—we can’t wait to share this day with you!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, or you can contact Harley or Zach directly. Please let us know in advance so we can pass the information along to our caterer.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

We do! Our hashtag is #WalkerDownTheAisle, please tag us on social media platforms and use our wedding hashtag!! We would love to look back on this memorable event from our loved ones perspective.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. We do require RSVP for everyone, yes mom that includes you ;) It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get a RSVP back by the requested date, it will be marked as a "No".

Where do I park?

Answer

Please follow the signs upon entering, staff members will be present to direct all traffic and escort you to the ceremony site.

What time is the reception over?

Answer

Sadly, they won't let us party all night. 10:30 pm will be last call and music cuts off at 11:00 pm. Everyone must be out of the venue by midnight.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we adore all the little ones in our lives, our venue’s location on a mountain ridge does not provide the safety features needed for young children. For this reason, we kindly ask that children under 8 do not attend. Thank you for supporting this difficult but important decision 🤍
