FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00 to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow. Please keep in mind the FIFA World Cup is in the area and may increase traffic.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property. If you are staying at The Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth there will be a shuttle provided.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at The Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth, we have a shuttle provided to bring you to and from the venue. More details on the "Travel" page.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). Please make sure your phone is silent and on do not disturb mode. The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 19th, 2026. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending our final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate! If you have an out of state ID, you will need two forms of identification

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have worked hard to create an intimate celebration so we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been provided. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!
