FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 5/31/2025—because we need a headcount before we start hoarding champagne and cake. Help us help you have a seat (and a fork). 💌

Question

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes! We’ve got hotel blocks set up—check out the Travel page for all the details. Just mention the wedding when you book to unlock those sweet, sweet discounted rates (you fancy guest, you). 🛏️💼

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Think chic and celebratory! Little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, sharp jackets, and slacks that say, “I clean up very nicely.” Basically—look fabulous, but leave the ball gowns and tuxes at home.

Question

Do you have a registry or gift preference?

Answer

Your presence truly is the best gift—we mean it! But if you'd like to give something, you can find our Zola and Amazon registries on the Registry page. Since we’re flying in and don’t live in Colorado, we kindly ask that gifts not be brought to the wedding. Shipping directly to our home is the way to go (our suitcase thanks you in advance!). 💌🎁✨

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your kids are listed on your invite and RSVP, please feel free to bring them a long!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your plus one is listed on your wedding invitation, please feel welcome to bring them!

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

There’s a big ol’ parking lot with plenty of space, so no need to battle for a spot. Pro tip: head toward the back of the lot when you arrive -- that’s actually the closest spot to the entrance!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’re starting outdoors to soak up that classic July-in-Denver sunshine (cue: dramatic skies and SPF 50), then heading indoors to keep things cool, comfy, and thunderstorm-proof. Mother Nature can be a little extra, but don’t worry—we’ve got a plan B for the ceremony if the weather does not allow us outside!

Question

What is the weather like in Colorado in July?

Answer

Picture this: It’s July in Denver. The sun’s blasting like it’s got a grudge, the air’s drier than a champagne toast gone flat, and you’re sweating just thinking about going outside. Then—bam!—a thunderstorm struts in like it’s fashionably late. Classic Denver: hot, dramatic, and always a little extra.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We’re bringing the flavor! Expect tasty appetizers (meat & veggie options), a buffet dinner with something for everyone—carnivores and plant-lovers alike—a massive salad bar, and yes... an open bar to keep spirits high and glasses full. 🥂

Question

Will there be food options for those with allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We’ll have a wide variety of options, so most guests should find something delicious to enjoy! That said, if you have a specific allergy or dietary need, feel free to email us at madre.roth@gmail.com—we want everyone leaving full and happy (and not just because of the cake). 🍰

Question

What time should I arrive to your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 6:00pm sharp (yes, like, actual sharp). Arriving between 5:30–5:45pm gives you time to park, mingle, and find your seat. Fashionably early > fashionably late for this one!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony—we’ve got a pro handling the photos and want everyone to be fully present (and not blocking the aisle with an iPad… you know who you are). We’ll be sharing all the beautiful pics afterward, promise. 📸💕

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The party officially wraps at midnight—but our grand exit is at 11:00pm if you’d like to catch the magic and still make it home before your feet disown you. Stay and dance, or sneak out like a sparkler-lit ninja—no judgment here! 🕛✨

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

Got questions? Need the inside scoop? Reach out to us at madre.roth@gmail.com — we’re happy to help with anything that isn’t “What are you wearing?” or “Can I bring my pet lizard?” (Unless it’s a really well-dressed lizard. Then we’ll talk.)

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Oh, there will be dancing. The bride runs on music and pure grooves alone — so expect serious beats, a little 90s rap, and dance floor magic. We’ll keep things family-friendly early on, but once 10pm hits, it’s go time. Stretch beforehand, hydrate, and bring your best moves. 💃🕺
