What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from downtown Palo Alto leaving at 3:30. It is highly recommended that you take the shuttle due to limited parking and winding roads. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm, so, if you are traveling separately, please arrive at 4:15 at the latest.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire We invite guests to dress in cocktail attire. Midi or knee-length dresses and stylish jumpsuits are perfect for women. Long dresses are absolutely welcome if you prefer! For men, button-down shirts, slacks, and blazers are great options. Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Formal For our wedding day, we’re going for a formal look. We kindly ask guests to dress accordingly: floor-length dresses or elegant evening wear for women, and suits for men.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be outdoors, while the dancing will be indoors. We encourage guests to bring a coat/jacket due to the unpredictability of mountain weather and the colder evening weather in October.
