Question

How are you handling safety as it relates to Covid-19?

Answer

The safety and health of our family and friends is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to make sure everyone who attends our wedding is as comfortable as possible. So with that, we are asking all attendees to limit unnecessary exposure 7 days before the wedding (i.e. eating out at restaurants, spending time with groups of friends, etc.) and any attendee who has not have been vaccinated to take a Covid test prior to the wedding. Approximately 75% of adult attendees will be fully vaccinated by the wedding, and we expect approximately 20% of the other adult attendees to have some degree of vaccination by the wedding. We are thrilled with these numbers!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15 p.m.

Question

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No. It would be best to take your own vehicle to the ceremony. After the ceremony, you can either (1) drive to the reception and park in the free, overnight parking deck on the corner of Front Street and East Street or (2) return to the hotel and then take an Uber or Lyft to the reception. Traveling from the hotel to the ceremony will take about 25 minutes. Traveling from the ceremony to the reception will take about 20 minutes. It will take about 7 minutes to go from the reception to the hotel. If you have been drinking, please use Uber or Lyft.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: There should be plenty of parking nearby. Reception: There is free, overnight parking at the parking deck on the corner of Front Street and East Street

Question

Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. In the event of rain, there is a church nearby where the ceremony will be held. The reception is inside.

Question

How do I get to the reception venue?

Answer

The reception venue is on the second floor of Epiphany Farms. There is a private entrance under the awning that says "Events." If you get lost, just ask someone for help!

Question

What are the mask requirements?

Answer

Our reception venue requires all guests to wear masks when entering and exiting the venue and when interacting with staff members (i.e. going to the bar to get a drink). We will have additional masks available.
