Their love story starts 10 years ago in 2013. They both arrived at a mutual friends house for a St. Patrick’s Day party. Amongst the music and crowds, Alex overheard Cara’s conversation about her adventures in Ireland where she went to study abroad the past summer. Interested in her stories he started to talk to her and the conversations grew. Eventually, that night lead to many laughs and flirty moments outside on their friend’s trampoline. It wasn’t long until they accepted each others Facebook friend requests and started dating.

Not every love story goes uninterrupted. Sometimes there are breaks and pauses. Cara moved to Savannah to start Nursing School while Alex continued his own path. The two might not have been together but they still remained close friends throughout the years. As time passed, Cara always looked forward to his visits while she took on travel nursing assignments in Nashville and Atlanta. Alex was excited to get his daily texts from her and plan different places to eat when they met up. One fateful day they realized that the feelings that they had all those years ago never went away.
