What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Some of our guests will be traveling from out-of-town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates on our website's Travel page. Kindly book your rooms by January 27, 2026 to receive the special rate.

Will there be parking options at the wedding?

Answer

PLEASE NOTE that parking is NOT available at Baire Paugh. We kindly ask that you arrange transportation via ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft, or Welcome Pickups. Please see additional details on our website's Travel page.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to use ride-share options (Uber, Lyft, Welcome Pickups). For guests not using ride-share options, we’ve arranged complimentary transportation, with convenient pickup and drop-off at the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Shuttle will pick up from the Grand Bohemian Hotel starting at 2:15pm. SCHEDULE 2:15pm Departure from Grand Bohemian Hotel to Baire Paugh (please be in the lobby 10 mins early) Be sure to check back closer to wedding day for schedule updates.

We love your kids, but this party is for adults only.

What should I wear?

Answer

We have chosen Cocktail attire for our guests. Think classy but fun! A suit or dress shirt with slacks for men (no ties), and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or chic separates for women. Dress to celebrate, but no need for tuxedos or ball gowns. We encourage guests to wear earth tones or pastels to fit with the outdoor garden theme.

What shoes should I wear?

This is a barefoot wedding :) We’ll be celebrating outdoors on a grassy lawn. Wear whatever makes you comfortable! We will provide sandals for guests to take home.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to relax, be present, and enjoy the ceremony with us. Kindly, no photography during the service.
