What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please allow adequate travel time to the venue, we encourage you to get there prior to 5pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Saffron Fields is an indoor / outdoor venue. That being said, majority of the event (ceremony and reception) will be outdoors. However, there will be an indoor space guests can use at their leisure.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Saffron Fields Vineyard is located in Yamhill County. To get there you take a series of very windy country roads. Unfortunately Ubers and Lyfts will likely not come to this location and cell reception can be spotty. We are highly encouraging the use of carpooling with others to the event with a designated driver. * We will no longer be having a bus shuttle service due to lack of interest*

Is there Transportation Included?

Answer

Transportation will not be included due to lack of interest. Carpooling is highly encouraged as Lyfts/Ubers may not come to this location and cell service can be spotty.

What is the dress code?

Formal or cocktail formal dress code.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at Embassy Suites near Washington Square Mall. For more information please visit the “Travel” portal on our wedding website.

Can I bring a guest who is not on my invitation?

Answer

Although we would love to accommodate everybody, we have a strict guest list, therefore our wedding is RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to Anthony or Lauren.

When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is July 10th, please RSVP online at the “RSVP” portal of our wedding website.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent mode during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want and do Lauren and Anthony a favor and send photos to them!
