Question
What time should we arrive for the Ceremony?
Answer
Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm and we encourage you to arrive anytime between 3:45-4:15pm. Refreshments will be provided upon arrival.

What's the dress code?
Answer
BLACK TIE AFFAIR It's not very often that we get to dress up and dance the night away so let's take full advantage of it, shall we? For the women, this would be Red-Carpet style full length dresses encouraged. For the men, tuxedo encouraged - suit & tie welcomed. Please note the weather will be cooler at night so we recommend bringing a coat/shawl and wearing comfortable shoes that you can walk on the lawn with & help give your best dance moves!

What style of dinner will be served?

We opted for a family style dinner allowing each guest to partake in every option on our menu and pass the dishes around the table while engaging with others. Individual food allergies/restrictions can be mentioned upon RSVP of your formal invitation. Please reach out to the Bride & Groom with any questions.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
We have provided a complimentary shuttle service on Saturday 6/1/24 starting at 3:30pm until 12am. All guests are welcome to valet at the Westlake Village Inn and shuttle to and from the ceremony. Guests may use this service at any time during the hours above.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available. We kindly remind you to plan accordingly if you are drinking. Safety is our top priority!

Will the wedding events take place inside or outside?
Answer
All Day-of events will take place outside on the grand lawn & courtyard. Please plan attire accordingly!

Is there a Welcome Event?
Answer
Yes! Friday, 5/31/24 at 7:30pm. This is open to all of our guests. Please note this is a cash bar. Cocktail attire.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your children but due to a limited number of guests, live music and an open bar, we kindly request that this event remain adults-only. Please reach out to the Bride & Groom with any questions.

Can I bring a date?

If your formal invitation is listed "and guest" then yes. If not, please note that the invite is only for you. Please reach out to the Bride & Groom with any questions.

Best areas to rent a house with other guests?
Answer
We recommend looking in Westlake Village & Calabasas near all of our wedding events! These areas are extremely safe, family friendly and not too far away from popular LA attractions.

Is Uber/Lyft available?
Answer
Yes, however, due to the location of the venue being tucked away in the mountains, these services may have a longer wait time. We encourage use of the shuttle service or self (safe) driving.

Is there an official after party?
Answer
YES! And everyone is invited. We will have a reserved private patio at Bogie's bar in Westlake Village from 11pm-2am with bottle service and full-access to the nightclub. Let's dance it out together one last time.
