What is the best way to reach Villa Cini?

Answer

Due to the location of Villa Cini we recommend renting a car to get there and explore the countryside of Tuscany at your own convenience and flexibility. Most accommodations around the Area of Bucine are approximately a 10-20 minute car ride to the Villa. Please note Italy may require an International Driving Permit (available through your local DMV).

Is there a dress code?

Garden Party Formal wear is requested! We hope you get to chose this celebration as an event to wear that dress or tie you've been waiting to wear! We ask the ladies to dress in long dresses and embrace the garden party theme. Gentleman can choose between any sort of suit and tie, but are asked to refrain from wearing sneakers or jeans. Suit jackets are encouraged, but not required!

What if I can't make it to the wedding?

We’ll miss you, but we completely understand!! The good news is that we’ll be celebrating again! We’re planning a hometown reception in Austin, TX, and would love for you to join us there. More details and formal invitations will be shared in early 2026.

When should I Rsvp by?

Answer

To assist us in planning our big day, we kindly request that you RSVP by January 1st. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll assume you’ll be cheering us on from afar and hopefully see you at our Hometown Reception!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our nearest and dearest and are choosing to keep our guest list limited to those on the invitation. When you RSVP, you’ll see the names of the individuals included on your invitation. We have chosen to keep this ceremony small and intimate but hope to celebrate with extended family and friends at our hometown reception. If you have any concerns regarding this, please reach out!

Will the ceremony take place outside?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside! May in Italy is absolutely beautiful – sunny days, blooming landscapes, and perfect wedding weather. That said, evenings can get a little chilly, especially in the countryside! We recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or sweater so you’ll stay comfortable once the sun goes down.

To kick off our Italian wedding weekend, join us the night before for a festive rehearsal dinner at Villa Cini! Our dress code is “Something Blue Before I Do!" Dress in your favorite blues and help us toast to love, laughter, and the “I do’s” to come!
