Where should guests stay?

Answer

Plan to book an AirBnB in Old Forge or Inlet or find a nearby hotel. There are a couple of our favorite options on the travel page. We have not reserved any blocks due to the small town, so plan ahead on booking. This does not apply to guests staying at the Albedor.

If my invitation included a stay at the albedor, how should I book it?

Answer

Do not call the albedor. If you have questions, reach out to Walker. Rooms will be assigned and communicated to you upon arrival. Fee for your stay should be made out to Walker or Jacquie for the nights you are staying. Cost is detailed during your RSVP.

Question

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

As this is a smaller wedding, we will not be including plus-ones or children unless specified on your invitation.

Will childcare be provided if my child was invited?

Answer

Childcare will be up to the parents, but children included on invites are encouraged to attend both the ceremony and reception.

If I want to purchase something on the registry from another store, how do I make sure it's checked off?

Shoot Walker or Jacquie a message and let them know to remove it. You can also call zola support if you would like it to be a surprise :)

How will we be getting to/from the Albedor/Arrowhead park?

Answer

Guests will arrange their own transportation to Arrowhead park, there should be plenty of parking available. Plan to arrive early to help reserve space as it is a public park. After the ceremony, you can drive to the Albedor which is just a few minutes down the road. Guests staying at the Albedor should park in the driveway. Other guests should park across the street at the trailhead parking lot.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Semi-Formal.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a public park by the water. The reception will be held in the boathouse at the Albedor. There will be both indoor and outdoor space, dinner will be served indoors.

What happens in the event of rain during the ceremony?

Answer

Unless it is a total downpour, if it's raining we will have clear umbrellas and plan to go on!
