Alicia has been one of my best friends for 13 years now. From the first time we hung out at the fair, I knew that we would become best friends for life. After that first weekend, we were inseparable. We have helped each other get through highs and lows in life but our friendship just keeps getting stronger. She is one of the most loyal and loving people I know and a true friend! I couldn't imagine her not by my side on our special day.

Linda is one of the most hilarious people I know! She will have you laughing until you cry! Not only does she have the best sense of humor but she is kind, empathetic and gives the best advice. I know that I can have the best time with her, but also go to her when I need a listening ear. She has a way of making people feel so heard and understood. I'm blessed to call her one of my best friends and my bridesmaid!

Sherry is one of the sweetest, kindest people I know! Its impossible to NOT love her. Her smile just lights up the room! She has been my go to girl for road trips in the past and she is always down for a good time. We always have so much fun together whether its dancing till our feet hurt or just bingeing shows on tv. I'm so excited you get to be next to me on this special day!

Libee has been my travel buddy these past few years now. From traveling all around Europe together to living in your basement, we've seen it all together! We've had so much fun along the way and our relationship has really blossomed into a beautiful friendship. She is very loyal, supportive, one of the most thoughtful people I know, and one of my best friends!

Megan is a friend that I chose and she had no say in the matter.. I just showed up in the backseat of her car one day with Alicia and from there she couldn't get rid of me! 13 years later she is still one of my best friends and big sister. From driving us all around before we had a license and letting us tag along with her to parties to now standing beside me on my wedding day! Man, have we come full circle!

Lindsay is not only my cousin but one of my best friends! When we get together we just understand each other like no other. She is silly, sweet, and so hospitable. When we are together there is never a dull moment! We have the best time together and even though we don't get to see each other as much as I'd like, whenever we do, its like no time has passed. Ashlyn is also my cousin by blood but also one of my best friends! She is hard working, loyal and very thoughtful. She loves deeply and is always looking for ways she can help others. I know I can always count on her to have my back. We have so many fun travel memories together and I could not imagine her not being by my side on our wedding day. Not to mention she makes a bomb charcuterie board!

Tessa can be reserved at first but once she warms up to you she is one of the funniest people I know. She is fun, nurturing and just a great time to be around. She makes you feel good after spending time with her. She's encouraging and we have so many fun memories together. A highlight being our road trip out West that I will never forget! I'm so excited she is able to be apart of the big day!

Oddly enough, I can't remember the first time that I met Jorge. It was something along the lines of playing the Spyro the Dragon video game, swimming in his pool and eating pizza. Although the first time was fuzzy, that was the basic protocol for hanging out thereafter. It soon blossomed into a friendship of acceptance and camaraderie. Whenever I disappeared at the kingdom hall or elsewhere, everyone needed only to ask where Jorge was, and then you would find me. I never laugh so hard as when I'm with him. An inside joke and a sly glance is enough for us to erupt in tearful laughter. I could always rely on him growing up, whether I had a question or needed a playmate. I cherish all the good moments we have had and am proud to call him my brother-in-law and best friend.

Years ago I met a Texas-born, Chicago-raised brother in my kingdom hall who had moved to Florida with his family. Holding to the pattern, I don't remember the first time that I met Zach, but the first spark of friendship most likely had something to do with our deep love of food. He taught me some basics on cooking(although I'm still waiting for his Biscotti recipe) and was always a reliable companion. I always admired his fun loving spirit and untiring work ethic along with his intelligence and social agility. Zach has been there for it all! I'm honored to claim him as one of my oldest friends and now a prized groomsmen.

Breaking the pattern now, I remember the first time I met Brad. When I was 14, I was interested in buying a drum kit for my room. My dad had worked at a Kingdom Hall cleaning project when he met a young brother that owned a Pearl drum kit(the mecca of drum kits to my youthful ignorance) with Sabian cymbals(the absolute dreg of cymbals to my youthful ignorance). I was intrigued by his similar taste in music(and his Pearl drum kit). Along with my dad, we met Brad at his house and he performed a drum solo for us and the rest was history. I've always loved Brad for his genuineness, brutal honesty and kind heart as well as his non-judgmental attitude. I could always be myself around him! I'm extremely proud of him and count him among my closest friends!

One Thursday night at the kingdom hall, my parents informed me that a new brother from Puerto Rico just moved to the area. I approached him and introduced myself, with him warmly greeting me and noticing the exact cologne that I was wearing(later to find out it was an overrated scent). Very impressed but slightly unsettled, I told him he was correct and he should come with me and my family to dinner sometime. After the first dinner together, me and my family adopted him as one of our own as my parents say! David very quickly became one of my closest confidants and friends. He is always up for deep discussions, all you need is a glass of wine! I've always respected his actionable wisdom, selflessness and generosity. I count him among my treasured groomsmen!

I remember the day Landon was born, literally. His family has been our closest family friends since I was a baby. I was a frequent baby sitter and “big brother” until him and his family sadly moved to Asheville, North Carolina. We became far separated but it didn't remove my love and adoration for him. I've always loved his refreshing spontaneity, non-chalance and adventurous spirit. It's always a fun time with Landon! I owe him an enormous debt, he introduced me to Jackie!!! I'm proud to call him my “little brother” and groomsman!

When I was a boy, I saw a dashing figure ride in to the kingdom hall on a motorcycle. Decked out in a leather jacket and boots, the man approached me and my dad. The word that came to my mind was: Cool(especially with the British accent). This was my first recollection of Ben. Over the years, he has been a boon to me by providing great insight and an attentive ear. I can always count on Ben to give me an honest opinion and sound guidance. I'm happy to count him among my groomsmen! My wedding party just got cooler.

There is an famous quote, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This quote reminds me of Mark. I saw him sporadically growing up, him shuttling between London and Tampa. But one thing that I always remembered about him was how well he treated me. It is quite literally IMPOSSIBLE to dislike Mark. I have never heard a negative comment about him. Me, as well as others, adore him and admire his fun loving nature, maturity and good humor. The people of London and the citizens of Tampa rage and fight over him. I'm excited and honored to have him as one of my groomsmen!

I will never forget the first time that I met Clay. I was in Traverse City, Michigan and we went to a wine tasting. As the frequent visits to Michigan continued, my relationship with Clay became stronger and stronger. Makes sense, some of those trips to Michigan required me to be a temporary fixture in his house. I will always appreciate the hospitality that he showed and his willingness to inconvenience himself to entertain me. All of my friends share a common trait and that's a fun loving spirit, something which Clay exudes in abundance. I treasure the memories I had on those Michigan trips and Clay and his wife were a important part of making it happen! I'm honored to call him one of my groomsmen!
