Where Will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors , with a cocktail hour and reception to follow inside the fully climate-controlled barn.

Is there a dress code?

Dress to impress! Semi-formal to formal attire is requested. We cant wait to see everyone looking their best!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we're unable to accommodate additional guests. Please check your invitation to see if a plus one has been included.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children, however, we are only able to accommodate the guests whose names appear on your invitation.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. However, overnight parking is not permitted, so please plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn at a discounted rate. Please use our booking link under the ‘Travel’ tab to make sure your reservation is counted under our room block. If you prefer to call the hotel directly, the block is listed under the Walker-Abernathy wedding. Our room block will close on July, 7th so please book before then to guarantee your rate. If you choose to stay at another nearby hotel or book through a third party site, please let us know so we can keep an accurate guest list for transportation and accommodations.

Is there transportation between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will take guests from the Holiday inn to the venue before the ceremony, and it will make several return trips throughout the night. Final shuttle times will be posted closer to the wedding date.
