When should I Rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, August 1st. If we do not hear from you by this day, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. Guests may start to arrive at 5:40PM. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour. With this in mind, please be sure to give yourself plenty of time to park, check in and find your seat.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Saturday, August 1st. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate RSVPs received after this date, as final guest counts must be provided to our vendors. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark your response as “not attending.” Thank you so much for your understanding, we truly appreciate it.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited numbers we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited space, this will be an adults-only event. Only children who are part of the wedding party or listed on the RSVP are invited. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a special night out with us.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love to see everyone dressed up for our special day! Our wedding is cocktail attire (semi-formal). Please refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, white, ivory, cream, or mauve pink (the bridesmaids’ color). For outfit inspiration, visit our “Outfit Inspo” tab.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception. Cocktail hour will be held under a pavilion, so we recommend dressing accordingly. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM, and the reception will conclude at 11:00 PM.

Where do I park?

Answer

There are two designated parking lots at the venue. The parking lot closest to the ceremony is located past the first lot, so please continue driving to reach it.

Question

Do I have to stay at a hotel featured on the website?

Answer

No, you are not required to stay at one of the hotels listed on our website. Our wedding venue is conveniently located near the San Antonio Airport and Downtown, so you are welcome to book another hotel or an Airbnb of your choice.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will take photos, and guests can enjoy cocktail hour and appetizers onsite.
