What is the dress code?

We kindly request that our guests wear nice attire to help make our special day even more memorable! While we’re not requiring anything too formal, we would love for you to dress in a way that reflects the celebration’s joyful and elegant atmosphere. Think of it as an opportunity to dress up and feel your best!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 PM, so we recommend arriving by 1:00 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the wedding begins.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to take photos during the wedding! We just ask that you be mindful of the photographer and other guests while capturing the moment. We’re excited to see the memories you create!

Will there be a time gap between your ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a time gap. The reception will begin at 4:30pm at Warehouse 410. Visit the 'Travel' section of our website for a guide to Downtown Evansville restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Will cocktail hour & the reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors. However, there will be an outdoor area available if you’d like to get some fresh air, weather permitting.

Is there parking available at the reception venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot across the street from the reception venue for all guests.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We’ll be offering an open bar with beer, wine, and signature cocktails— all included for your enjoyment. If you’d prefer a different drink, a full cash bar will be available, where you can purchase additional alcoholic beverages, including mixed drinks and spirits.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, should you choose to bring a gift, a table will be available at the reception for gifts and cards.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We’ve carefully planned our guest list, and invitations are extended to those specifically listed on the invitation. If you’d like to bring a guest, please let us know as soon as possible so we can check availability. We want to make sure we have enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably.
