If you are flying in, the closest airport is Tyler Pounds Regional Airport in Tyler, Texas, about a 45-minute drive from Palestine. However, rental car availability there is limited. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport offers many more flight and rental car options and is about a 2.5-hour drive from Palestine.
Because there is no public transportation to Palestine and we will not be providing shuttles, driving or renting a car will likely be the easiest option for getting around during the weekend.
There are several Airbnb options in the area, as well as local hotels. We recommend Comfort Suites in Palestine for convenience, or The Redlands Hotel in downtown Palestine if you’d like a more unique and historic stay.
