How do I RSVP?

When and where is the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at St. Mary’s Chapel in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ceremony start time and address details will be included with your invitation.

Am I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be taking place in St. Mary's Chapel, where Caroline's parents got married in 1985! We wish we could fit everyone into our ceremony space, but St. Mary’s Chapel is a very small church with limited seating (and strict fire marshall restrictions). Because of this, some guests will be joining us for both the ceremony and the reception, while others will be celebrating with us at the reception only. Every single one of our guests is so important to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with each of you throughout the day!

When and where is the reception?

We’ll be celebrating after the ceremony at the Mint Museum on Randolph in Charlotte, starting at 6:00 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. We want all guests to look and feel their best! We encourage ladies to wear gowns or formal cocktail dresses, and gents to wear tuxedos or suits. Think elegant and festive for a spring garden party. Please note that the reception will be taking place outside. We will be celebrating under the cover of a tent, come rain or shine!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones, but our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. We hope you can enjoy a night out with us!

Is there transportation between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are not providing transportation, but parking is available at both locations and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are encouraged.

Yes! Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP, and our caterer will be happy to accommodate.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us. We promise to share beautiful professional photos afterward!
