What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive by 2:40 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Give yourself a little extra time to find the chapel building.

Can I bring someone?

Answer

Due to space and planning, we are only able to accommodate those included on the RSVP. Once you type in your name, you will see if you have a guest included. Please do not bring any extra guest as they will not have a seat. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Microtel Inn & Suites in Warsaw is the closest option. Batavia has several hotels all about 17 miles from the venue! Please see the hotel page on the website for some options.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both will be at Graceful Gatherings. The ceremony will take place at the outside chapel, the reception will be at the barn.
