When Should I RSVP By?

RSVPs are closed. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal. This means suits for men and cocktail attire for women. Ladies, please feel free to go long or short with your dresses, but we do ask you refrain from dark green as that is the color of the wedding party.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 pm so we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you have time to park and find your seats.

Where Should I Park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available on-site at for the church ceremony. For the Ballroom events there is parking on the sides and behind the venue, parking in front is reserved for handicap only. We kindly ask that you park at the hotels only if you are staying there overnight.

Are There Hotel Room Blocks Available?

Answer

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at both the AC Hotel in Newtown Square and the Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square. Please refer to the Hotels tab on our wedding website for full details.

Is There A Hotel Shuttle?

Answer

Please coordinate your own transportation to our church ceremony. There will be a shuttle available to take guests to and from the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve, picking you up from either the Marriott or Hilton hotel. The guest shuttle run times for Ballroom events are below. Cocktail Hour Shuttle: 4:15pm-5:15pm End of Reception & After Party Shuttle: 10:00pm-1:00am.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you.. get ready to party!!

Where Can I Store My Coat During The Ballroom Events?

Answer

There will be a coat storage area with an attendant at the Ballroom. We know Pennsylvania in January can be chilly so feel free to bring your winter's best!

Will There Be An After Party?

Answer

Yes there will, and no change of venue is required! Our cocktail hour, wedding reception and after party are all conveniently located at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

We kindly request that only formally invited guests attend the wedding. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones. Thank you for understanding!

Are Children Welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are a part of our wedding party.
